Meet our ambassadors
I am truly in awe of the staff I’ve met at St Francis Hospice, walking angels is the only way to describe them.
Thanks to St Francis Hospice, Raheny for restoring my faith in human kindness.
I have great admiration for the comprehensive and totally patient centred service that Milford Hospice continues to deliver. Their relentless efforts to offer specialist palliative care services has indeed seen challenges this pandemic year. A Coffee Morning Social gives people an opportunity to give something back, please raise a cup and show your support for your local Hospice service, this will make a difference.

I am delighted to be an ambassador for this vital campaign and help in any way I can to draw attention to the great work that Hospices involved in the delivery of specialist palliative care do throughout Ireland.
This is what the work of Milford Hospice is about by knowing that they continue to support patients and their families across the Mid-West when needed.

Most of us have come face to face with cancer in some shape or form and I am no different. Recently I have been even more inspired than ever to support hospice as so many people I know and their families are cared for both locally by North West Hospice and by hospices nationwide.
How can we ever thank you enough for the wonderful professional and attentive care of our dear friend? He received the highest level of care and comfort possible. For this we are ever so grateful.
A simple coffee morning to bring comfort and dignity to our loved ones. Let’s be there for them!
It is nothing short of a privilege to be an ambassador for the Blackrock Hospice and Hospice Coffee Morning. After my family needed the services of the hospice some years ago, I understood exactly why people say there are angels who walk among us. It is an extraordinary place, run by extraordinary people, and I will always be grateful to them.

I’ve seen the wonderful care and kindness of hospice staff. Please join me in supporting Hospice Coffee Morning.
At a very vulnerable time, the hospice is such an important support to patients and their families.
Milford provides an essential and much needed service to the people of the Mid West and holds a special place in the hearts and minds of Limerick hurlers and indeed everyone associated with Limerick GAA. We can all play our part by showing our support by hosting or contributing to Milford Hospice’s Coffee Morning this year.
To sit down and take time out of a busy life schedule and have a cuppa is a life essential, and to raise money for Hospice Care makes the cuppa and the bun taste that much better.
